After spending 20 years working in Finance & Accounting at various Bay Area biotechnology companies, I’ve been pursuing my passion for health & wellness.
While raising 3 children, and navigating through the daily stresses and challenges of life, including experiencing personal health issues and digestive issues of my children, I turned to a holistic approach which encompasses physical and mental health for well-being.
I now enjoy working and educating others as they work through finding their own balance of personal health and wellness for themselves and their families.
In taking a holistic approach to nutrition, I believe in the importance of looking at the whole person, understanding each person is unique, and using a whole-foods approach tied with lifestyle balance.
