1-on-1 Nutrition Consultation
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE 90 MINUTES:
Kick start your personal program with an initial up to 90-minute consultation. My focus during this meeting is to understand your concerns and your health goals. I will dive into your health history, diet and lifestyle habits, and get to know what are your personal challenges.
WHAT YOU COME AWAY WITH:
You will receive a customized plan of action and an understanding of your next steps. This includes assisting you with goal setting and goal management. Content may include dietary and supplement recommendations, exercise and lifestyle practices to address your individual needs. In addition, you will receive an email recap of the session to set you up for success and forward motion. This includes a personalized action plan with big picture goals and small action steps. May also include applicable educational handouts, recipes and eating tips.
COMPLEMENTARY 30-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP:
This follow-up session is to help you stay on track by reviewing your successes and challenges. I will work together to adjust action items as needed.
PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT:
You will fill out some paperwork including a 3-day food journal. Please provide any recent lab work or health history documents that you wish to share.
FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
These 45 minute follow-up sessions are key to help support you to create and maintain healthy habits that become part of your daily life.
For maximum benefit, I encourage clients to sign-up for a 3 to 6 month plan to assist them along the way to meet their goals. I would work together to adjust action items as needed. This would include 45-minute weekly or bi-monthly meetings to start and then spreading it out every 2-4 weeks depending on the need. Discounts available for 3 to 6 month commitments.
